Stinging Fork Falls

1.9 miles, 413 ft of climbing. There is a small waterfall and a nice swimming pool below the waterfall. Approximately .25 miles downstream of the waterfall is a natural sliding rock. This is a great summer hike with kids old and young. An alternative trail is the Cumberland Trail, but is 8 miles and 1700 ft of climbing one way. This would be a difficult hike.
