1. Outdoorknoxville.com lists this area and gives directions. This is a convenient place to launch a canoe or kayak. Also this park has a radio controlled airport at the top of the hill. If you want to hike or run and then go for a swim, this is a good choice. There is a bluff with about ten no jumping signs and about twenty kids having a blast jumping off the cliff-just saying.
