6.1 miles, 1233 vertical feet. The trail parallels a beautiful creek, then bears right at the trail fork to pass a small waterfall. Then hike through large boulders to the big waterfall. In order to reach the bluff above the waterfall go left (facing the waterfall) about 150 meters and look for a narrow boulder scramble to the top. Another hike involves taking the left fork, crossing the creek and hiking up to the ridge (1.4 miles). The trail is easy to lose, so go carefully. Once on the ridge the trail splits again. The left fork goes to Buzzard Rocks (1.2 miles roundtrip), for an expansive view , and the right meanders about 2 more miles to an awesome campsite about a 150 meters from Snow Falls. The Alltrails app is very useful here, but requires downloading prior to arriving at Laurel and Snow State Natural Area.
